Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude is a Canadian actor who is best known for the fantasy television show Shadowhunters on Freeform in addition to Venevision telenovelas Cosita linda and Voltea Pa' Que te Enamores. Emeraude is also a skilled model and dancer. A Montreal resident, she was born and raised in Texas and was always attracted to performing. Since she was a child, she had been trained in various dance forms. Her first participation in beauty contests around the age of fifteen. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame when she participated in Nuestra Belleza Latina, the Univision pageant program. In a Telemundo episode, television show Aurora in 2008, she was a receptionist. In 2015 she starred in her first feature film, the action-drama Tattooed Love.
